As part of a mutually agreed Management buyout In March 2020 Pro Parts Inc. purchased the assets of NRF US Inc. This buyout transferred all distribution from NRF USA to Pro Parts Inc.

Our 60,000 Square ft warehouse enables us to carry the inventory needed for our warehouse distributor clients nationwide for fast order processing.

 Our founder Sean Givnish, is a proven Leader with over 25 years of expertise within the aftermarket automotive cooling and crash parts industry. Versatility includes experience in sales, sourcing, supply chain, quality assurance and manufacturing. Sean worked as National Sales manager for NRF US Inc, A European based manufacturer and distributed or cooling products headquartered in The Netherlands.
